Fee Schedule
Our maximum fees charged, all costs included, are:
SALES
- Non-exclusive mandate: 6% including tax maximum fees payable by the buyer
- Exclusive mandate: 5% including tax maximum fees payable by the buyer
RESIDENTIAL RENTALS
Furnished or unfurnished lease
COMMERCIAL RENTALS
- Negotiation fees: 30% maximum of one month's rent
- Lease drafting fees: 25% maximum of one month's rent
- Inventory of fixtures fees: 35% maximum of one month's rent
- Miscellaneous fees: 10% maximum of one month's rent
Fees are shared equally between the tenant and the landlord
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Management fees: 10% maximum fees applied to the amount of rent received, payable by the owner.
